Ruston, LA –  The Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the 2025 recipients of its Workforce Development Grants, made possible through proceeds from the Chamber’s Third Annual Workforce Development Golf Tournament and Clay Shoot.

This year, a total of $10,500 will be awarded to support local businesses in strengthening their workforce through employee training, professional certifications, and enhanced workforce readiness. These grants are designed to help employers invest directly in their teams—building skills, improving retention, and creating long-term opportunities for growth.

The 2025 grant recipients are:

  • Choudrant Primary Care
  • Enhanced Skin and Beauty
  • Louisiana Tech Hearing Center
  • The Grambling Connection Media Group

Each of these organizations has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing their employees and fostering professional excellence. Through these investments, they are helping ensure that Lincoln Parish continues to benefit from a skilled, knowledgeable, and competitive workforce.

Now in its third year, the Workforce Development Grant program continues to grow in both impact and reach. The Chamber extends sincere appreciation to the generous sponsors, dedicated participants, and hardworking volunteers who make this initiative possible each year. Their support allows the Chamber to reinvest directly into our local business community.

Together, through collaboration and shared commitment, we are strengthening our workforce, supporting our employers, and building a brighter economic future for Lincoln Parish.
