Executive Speaker Series
The Executive Speaker Series, sponsored by Origin Bank, is Lincoln Parish's premier business networking event. This ongoing series aims to offer insights and networking opportunities with regional and state business leaders. The Chamber is dedicated to bringing executive-level speakers across the region to Ruston to share industry knowledge, educational presentations, and economic development news with our business community, adding value for many local business leaders.
Capitol Chats
The Capitol Chats series aims to invite policymakers and influencers from our community, including those from Baton Rouge and Washington, DC, who can share relevant insights on policies impacting our business community and region. These conversations are designed to foster a deeper understanding of current policy issues and provide a platform for networking and collaboration among community leaders and stakeholders.
Annual Awards Banquet
 The annual Chamber Banquet honors outstanding community leaders and businesses. The Chamber awards the Robert E. Russ Award, Business of the Year, Young Business Leader, and several other honors from community partners such as the Kiwanis Club, Ruston Rotary, Junior Auxiliary, and more. It is a significant event celebrating community members' and organizations' achievements and contributions.
Annual Golf Tournament
The annual Chamber Golf Tournament functions as the fundraiser for the Chamber's Workforce Development Grant Program. This program aims to empower local businesses by supporting their efforts to educate and train individuals. These grants will assist in meeting current and future business needs, fostering a strong and sustainable economic environment.

Leadership Lincoln
Leadership Lincoln aims to support local business professionals seeking to become more active leaders in their workplaces and the broader Ruston-Lincoln business community. The program curriculum introduces participants to effective leadership skills through the perspectives of business and industry leaders across Lincoln Parish. By encouraging leadership development, the program helps ensure a vibrant economic future for the region.
Chamber CONNECT
CONNECT is a partnership between our Lincoln Parish School Board, the Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, and, more specifically, our local industry partners. The collaborative heart behind Connect will create opportunities to highlight the talents and interests of high school students in our community and help them discover pathways to success, all while supporting the mission and vision of our local businesses!
